High Carbon, High Chrome Precision Steel Balls
AISI 52100 - (EN-31) Through Hardness (HRC 58 to 62)
Grade : 10, 16, 24, 40 & Above
Application : Mainly use in Ball Bearing Ball Screw, Liner Motion Bearing, Cage Bearing, Ball Transfer Unit & for Other Smooth Motion Application Oversize and Nearest Tolerance in micron & steel ball are available as per customer requirement.

Stainless Steel Ball
AISI 302, 304,304L hardness 135- 200 HV10
Unhardened slight magnetic & non - corrosive resistance from organic chemicals, oxidizing solutions
Applications : Perfume Spray, Valves, Aerosol Pumps, Medical Equipment, Bearing, Oil & Gas Refinery, Hygienic Food Products, Agriculture Paint Industries, Flow Meters, Textile Industries for TFO Machine, Other Rigid Environment, for Ball Valves Industries and many more.

SS 316, 316L Hardness 135-200 HV10 Anti- magnetic greater chemical resistance in sulphuric acid.

Application : Paper Industries, Textile Industries, Valve Pumps, Bearing and as mention above in SS 302, 304, 304L,

SS410, Hardness 45 to 50, SS 420, 420B , 420C hardness 53-58 and SS 440,440C hardness 58 to 62

These are all magnetic materials with good hardness with surface finish & non corrosive.

Application : Ball Transfer Unit, Gas Refinery Valves, Ball Points & Rigid Environment Application, Paint Industries and Other Engineering Products.

All above balls are available in precision grade and as per customer's requirement. Dimension are available from 0.4mm to 150 mm as per customer's requirement.
